How we run migrations as an agency

Single thread of ownership

A Titan-led squad aligns exec goals, IT constraints, and merchandising reality — with weekly decisions documented and traceable. Everyone on that thread is an Irish Titan employee at our headquarters; we do not substitute contractors for core program roles.

Data integrity, planning, stability

Reconciliation and dry runs so catalogs, orders, and customers stay trustworthy; cutover and rollback plans so teams are not improvising; and post go-live checks so stability holds when traffic and edge cases show up.
